Adrienne’s notes:
I can see from his post a strong important focus on DEI - which is so important. More companies are working to remove unconscious bias from hiring: I would love to hear his thoughts.

I found this on Facebook -very interesting:
Receive a free book and learn how you can take action on climate change.

July 18 through 24, stop by your local EILEEN FISHER store and receive a complimentary copy* of The Carbon Almanac, a new book that offers climate science facts—without noise, confusion or agendas—to help each of us become well informed on climate change.

“We cannot recycle our way out of this,” says author Seth Godin, who brought together the work of 300 volunteers in 40+ countries. Because climate change is a "we” problem, not a “me” problem, The Carbon Almanac is meant to be a seed for growing a worldwide network coming together for collective action.

Is this an initiative within the workplace? We know that gen z and gen x love purchasing and working for companies that practice corporate social responsibility. Do the employees all practice lowering their carbon footprint? (I could see where this would create a positive work culture).

Glassdoor has very mixed reviews: - is this important for Jean-Luc to review, should companies take these reviews seriously - is it part of the conversation with leaders? Receive a free book and learn how you can take action on climate change.

I also found this comment and thought it was interesting.

I applied online. I interviewed at Eileen Fisher in Apr 2022

Interview
Interview process is lengthy, they want to make sure you are the right fit for the culture. Will have to go through multiple rounds of interviews in order to meet with different team members that you would interact with.
