As a workplace investigator, Ms. Reddock-Wright is retained by public and private sector employers to conduct independent and neutral investigations of workplace harassment, discrimination, and other claims. Having litigated two of the seminal university sorority hazing cases in recent history, Ms. Reddock-Wright also is retained by secondary and higher educational institutions to investigate Title IX sexual assault, bullying, and hazing cases.

Further, she is an expert witness on employment and labor law, Title IX, hazing, and bullying cases. Ms. Reddock-Wright has certification as a workplace investigator through the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI-CH).
